How to get to Bruges

By plane

You can fly either to the international airport of Charleroi and the Bruxelles International Airport of Zaventem, Both airports offer good connections with the railway station of Bruxelles, from where you can rent a car or take a train to Bruges.

By train

Bruges is well connected with the cities of Antwerp and Bruxelles (in about one hour). The railway station lies 1.5 km from the Old Town. More info on www.b-rail.be

By Car

Those arriving in Belgium by car should take the highway E40in direction Gent, take the exit n. 8 and then follow the road N31 and N32to Brugge (Bruges).
